Anip Patel wrote in the caption- a terrible nightmare

"I recently took a non-stop Air India flight from Chicago to Delhi. The travel experience was not pleasant at all. I had heard a lot of negative things about Air India, but I thought that there would have been improvements after the new management took over the airline. The services would have improved, but unfortunately that did not happen.

There was no Wi-Fi on the flight. The first class was very bad. There was no cleanliness. There was leftover food and garbage in the cabin. Everything was either spoiled or looked broken. The food menu was decent, but half of the food was not there. The entire experience was very bad. Be a little cautious before taking the service of Air India.

The company had to give a refund

Anip called his journey in Air India's business class a terrible nightmare. Many people gave their reactions on his video.

However, later Anip Patel wrote in the comment section of his Instagram post that Air India had refunded the entire amount of $6,300 (about Rs 5.2 lakh) without filing any official complaint.
