News Topical, Digital Desk : People of Greater Noida will soon get relief from the waterlogging on DSC Road near Surajpur during the rainy season. Greater Noida Authority is working fast to find a permanent solution to this problem. CC road is being constructed by increasing the height of the road in about 1100 meter long section, so that there is no stagnation of water during rain.

Greater Noida Authority's ACEO Prerna Singh reached the spot on Thursday and inspected the work progress and directed to complete it as soon as possible. She also inspected the part from the entry point of DSC Road to Lohia drain and gave approval for necessary repair and maintenance works.

During this, the ACEO also inspected the service road from Char Murti Chowk to Tigdi roundabout in Greater Noida West. At present, the width of the service road on both sides is about 7 meters, which will be widened as per the requirement. The ACEO has given in-principle approval for this. Now the tender process will start after getting approval from the CEO of the Authority, NG Ravi Kumar.

The CEO had given instructions to find a permanent solution 

Due to low road height and excessive traffic pressure on DSC Road in Surajpur area, there was a problem of waterlogging and potholes during rains. CEO NG Ravi Kumar had given instructions to find a permanent solution to this. Under this, the construction work of CC road is now being done.

ACEO also reviewed other construction works

During the inspection, Greater Noida Authority's ACEO Prerna Singh also reviewed the cleanliness system, the condition of roadside drainage and other construction works in the vicinity. On this occasion, Senior Manager of Work Circle 3 Rajesh Nim and Work Circle 1 in-charge Prabhat Shankar were also present. With this step of the authority, the residents of the area are expected to get relief from problems like waterlogging and traffic jams. Along with this, the movement of people will also be easy due to better road network.
