The announcement was made during the audio launch of Dhanshika's upcoming film Yogi Da where Vishal was one of the chief guests. On this special occasion, Vishal and Dhanshika were seen smiling while holding each other's hands, clearly very happy about this special occasion. 35-year-old Sai Dhanshika is a well-known actress of Tamil cinema. Born on November 20, 1989 in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, Dhanshika made her film debut in 2006 with Manathodu Mazhaikalam, in which she played the role of Marina. Directed by Arputhan, she worked with Shaam, Nithya Das and Malayalam actor Jayasurya in this film.

Dhanshika later worked in films like Maranthen Memaranthen, Thirudi and made her debut in Kannada cinema with Kempa where she played the role of Thanushika. She got her big break with the 2009 action film Peranmai directed by Jananathan and starring Jayam Ravi. Over the years, she has played a variety of roles and built a strong portfolio in Tamil cinema. One of her most notable roles was in Kabali (2016), in which she played Rajinikanth's daughter.
