New Delhi: Assembly Election 2024: Congress has formed a screening committee in four states for the upcoming assembly elections. This includes Haryana, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir.
Where for the Haryana assembly elections, Congress has appointed Ajay Maken as the chairman of the committee. While Manikam Tagore, Jignesh Mevani and Srinivas BV have been made its members.
Apart from Haryana, the Congress high command has also formed screening committees for Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir. The party has appointed Madhusudan Mistry as the chairman of the committee in Maharashtra. Apart from this, Saptagiri Shankar Ulka, Mansoor Ali Khan and Shrivella Prasad have been made members of the committee.

Similarly, Girish Chodankar has been made the chairman of the screening committee formed by Congress for Jharkhand assembly elections. Poonam Paswan and Prakash Joshi have been made members of the committee along with him. In Jammu and Kashmir, Congress leader Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has been made the chairman of the screening committee. Apart from him, Anto Antony and Sachin Rao have been made members of this committee.
