New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday stayed all bulldozer operations across the country till the next hearing. The apex court said that even if a single case of illegal demolition of houses comes to light, it is against the values ​​of our Constitution. 

Despite the Supreme Court's order, the government can bulldoze your construction. Actually, if someone has violated some conditions, then the Supreme Court's order will not apply to him. The apex court itself has clarified this during the hearing on Tuesday.

A bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice KV Vishwanathan heard the bulldozer action. The Supreme Court's order will not apply to encroachment on public roads, footpaths, railway lines and water bodies. It is clear from this that if someone has encroached these places, then the government can take bulldozer action against them. A bench of Justice BR Gavai and KV Vishwanathan clarified that their order will not apply to unauthorized construction including public roads and footpaths.

The Supreme Court heard a petition filed against the bulldozer action against criminals in several states. During this, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the bench that a story is being fabricated regarding the demolition of properties. On this, the bench said that rest assured... external noise does not affect us. Justice Gavai said, "We have made it clear that we will not interfere in unauthorized construction. But the executive cannot be a judge."
