Hyderabad. A case of gang rape of a ninth class student has come to light in Telangana. Police have registered a case against three accused under various sections including the POCSO Act. Police have arrested all three accused on Sunday. The accused committed the heinous crime by luring the girl.

Gang rape at home

According to media reports, this incident of gang rape is from Siddipet district of Telangana. The ninth class student was alone at home. Then the three youths gang-raped her one by one. This sequence continued from March and April. The three gang-raped her several times. They committed the crime in the absence of the mother.

Open case while pregnant

The girl's mother lodged a complaint against the accused with the police. After this, the police registered a case against all three under the POCSO Act. All three are now in police custody. According to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) G Madhu of Siddipet, after the ninth grade student fell ill, her parents took her to the government hospital. Where she was found to be pregnant during examination. After this, the student was asked about the incident. The mother lodged a complaint with the police.
