News Topical, Digital Desk : Maharashtra News: News of a heart-wrenching accident has come to light from Nagpur, Maharashtra, where a boy living on rent in Nandanvan Colony was found dead in his room under suspicious circumstances, while his friend was also found there drenched in blood, due to which even the police could not understand whether it was a case of murder or suicide.

The deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Balaji Kalyan. According to reports, he was preparing for police recruitment, while his friend was a BAMS student. They were relatives and shared a close friendship.

The truth came out during the interrogation

After the incident, Balaji's friend told the police that Balaji had attacked him late at night and attempted to kill him. He then stabbed himself with a knife and committed suicide. Police continued to question Balaji's friend extensively until late that night. Meanwhile, they noticed deep wounds on Balaji's body, leading them to suspect he had been murdered. Police then questioned Balaji's friend, and the truth came to light. 

What is the whole matter? 

Police investigations have revealed that 28-year-old Balaji Kalyan was murdered by his friend. Police have filed a murder case against Balaji Kalyan's friend, identified as Rati Deshmukh, in connection with his suspicious death. Rati Deshmukh was seriously injured in the incident.

He is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital. Therefore, the police have not yet arrested him. According to police information, Balaji Kalyan was preparing for police recruitment, while Rati Deshmukh was studying. Both were residents of Nanded district. After their friendship blossomed into love, they were preparing to get married. However, due to opposition from their families, they often quarreled.

Rati Deshmukh stabbed herself

This tension led to a fight between the two after midnight on the day of the incident, and in the ensuing altercation, Rati Deshmukh attacked Balaji with a sharp knife. After Balaji fell bleeding, a panicked Rati Deshmukh stabbed herself with the same knife, injuring herself. She made the misleading claim to people who rushed to the scene after hearing the commotion that Balaji had attacked her and then committed suicide. However, doctors initially concluded that Balaji had been murdered, given the deep wounds on his body. Later, the police investigated from that perspective, and the investigation revealed that Balaji had been murdered.
