"Whoever started the war bears the responsibility to end it. If the US and Israel stop the attacks, Iran will also stop," said Zhai Jun, China's special envoy for West Asia.

Jun made the remarks after a visit to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said that excessive use of force in the war would only escalate the situation. If the fighting continues, it will engulf the entire region and lead to severe chaos.

The spokesperson said, "We have the example of Iraq before us. 23 years ago, an unprovoked attack was launched there, and the people of Iraq and all of West Asia are still suffering its consequences." Russia has stated that an attack near the Bushehr nuclear plant is extremely dangerous. Such attacks could have devastating consequences.

Russia condemns attacks near nuclear plant

Russia has conveyed its concerns to the United States, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. It's worth noting that on March 17, an attack occurred near the Iranian nuclear plant in Bushehr, which Russia strongly condemned.
