When Alok beat Naman, he killed him by hitting him on the neck with an axe. On Friday, the police arrested the accused and presented him in court. From there, he was sent to jail.

Superintendent of Police Ganesh Prasad Saha revealed the Alok murder case in the police line auditorium. He said that 21-year-old Alok Shakya, a resident of Ratanpur Kirkich village in the Elao area, had gone to his farmhouse three hundred meters away after dinner on Wednesday night. Around nine o'clock that night, his body was found lying in a bloody state in his room. Marks of sharp-edged weapons were found on his neck, face, head, and other parts of his body.
Three police teams were engaged to solve the murder case.
Three police teams were deployed to uncover the murder. The investigation, led by City CO Santosh Kumar Singh, by the Elao SO, revealed that the murder was motivated by suspicion of a man talking to a young woman.
The police sent the murder accused to jail after presenting him in the court.
On Thursday night, SO Elao arrested the accused murderer, Naman alias Namo Shakya, near Salempur Padhina. During interrogation, Naman revealed that the deceased Alok was in a relationship with a girl. Alok suspected that he was also talking to his girlfriend. A few days ago, they had even had an argument over this.
Alok was called to the farm in the name of talking.
When Naman met him on Wednesday evening, Alok called him to the farm to talk. During an argument, Alok beat Naman with a stick. Enraged, Naman attacked him with an axe kept nearby, causing him to fall, bleeding. He then attacked him two or three more times and fled with the axe. Police have also recovered the axe used in the murder at the accused's behest.
The dog squad played a key role in apprehending the killer.
ASP Nagar Arun Kumar Singh said that after the incident, he inspected the crime scene with the forensic and dog squad teams. The sniffer dogs repeatedly followed the direction the accused fled from the crime scene and the axe hidden in the bushes. Since it was late at night, the team returned the next morning and resumed the search with the sniffer dogs, recovering the axe and the accused's blood-stained shirt from the bushes. The dog squad will be rewarded for their key role in solving the murder.
