Lucknow's 1090 crossing will be rejuvenated, the city's picture will change with a plan of Rs 800 crore:

Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is going to start two big development schemes, the total cost of which will be around Rs 3300 crore. These projects will be developed in the next three years on the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

In the first plan of LDA, there is a plan to give a new look to the 1090 Chauraha area. Hotels, commercial complexes and office spaces will be built here on about 5.5 acres of land at a cost of about Rs 800 crore. This area is the main traffic point of Lucknow, where thousands of vehicles pass day and night and there are also big government offices nearby. In such a situation, the construction of a multifunctional complex here is considered important from the point of view of tourism, business and employment.

Luxury apartments will be built

The second project is to build 'River View Apartments' on about 51 acres of land behind the Police Headquarters near Shaheed Path. This area is on the banks of the Gomti River, where LDA will build high-rise residential towers and luxury apartments. This scheme will provide beautiful, well-organized and modern housing facilities to the city residents.

International companies will invest

According to LDA officials, investment proposals have been sought from international companies for both the projects and the work process will start soon. Also, the plan will include modern facilities like green areas, roads, drainage, electricity, security and parking.

Lucknow developed as a smart city

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath , the capital Lucknow is being developed as a smart city, in which these two schemes of LDA will prove to be a milestone. On one hand, this will give international recognition to the capital, while on the other hand, there will be a possibility of direct and indirect employment for thousands of people.

These plans have been completed

It is known that in the last few years, many projects like Gomti River Front, Avadh Shilpgram, Hussainganj Underpass and Multilevel Parking have been successfully completed in Lucknow. Now LDA is preparing to give new heights to the development of the city through these new schemes.
