Army Chief spoke at the launch of the book
Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi on Friday unveiled the book 'Deep Strike Inside Pakistan' of 'Operation Sindoor the Untold Story of India' in Delhi. During this, he told how Pakistan was forced to flee in front of Operation Sindoor.

Army chief praised the changes made in GST
At the same time, the Army Chief has thanked the government for the changes in GST. He said, 'This will give strength to our startups and self-reliance. We will benefit in research and development. There is zero percent GST on simulators, due to which we will be able to buy more.' Army Chief Dwivedi said, 'We will benefit in upgradation and modernization. There will also be benefits in drones and counter-tron systems.'
When India launched Operation Sindoor
Let us tell you that Operation Sindoor was a military operation launched by the Indian Army on the night of 6-7 May 2025 to destroy terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and PoK. This action was in response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April 2025. 26 civilians, mostly Hindu tourists, were killed in the Pahalgam terror attack.
