News Topical, Digital Desk : The body of a young man was found lying in a field between Gondhiya and Padriyatula villages in the Bhira police station area. Injuries were found on the neck of the body. The deceased youth has been identified as Ramu, a resident of Chandpura village in the same police station area.
The deceased's family is accusing his in-laws of murdering the young man and dumping his body in a field. Ramu's in-laws lived in Gondhiya. He was married to Radha, the daughter of Khushi Ram of the village. Radha died three months ago after consuming poison.
The incident was being blamed and counter-accused by the in-laws and the maternal family, and a feud existed between the two sides. The deceased, Khusiram, was an alcoholic.
It is reported that he left home after drinking alcohol last night, and his body was found this morning. How he got from his home to near Gondia village remains a mystery. Even his family members are unable to explain.
They claim the deceased's in-laws killed him due to a grudge over his wife's death three months ago. However, the in-laws deny this. After the body was found, the police inspected the scene and began investigating the case.
