what is the whole matter
In the first case, on January 1, 2026, Khekaram Bhil reported that his son, Butaram, had been missing since December 21, 2025. His body was found on the Telwara border on December 28. The family suspected Mangilal and his brother, Tejaram, of murder. A case was registered under Section 103(1) of the BNS and the SC/ST Act. In the second case, on January 27, 2026, the body of Tejaram Chaudhary was found at Jugraj Jain's barn, bearing severe injuries. Tejaram's son filed a case, suspecting Butaram's family.
Butaram died after being electrocuted.
During the investigation, police gathered confidential evidence and analyzed CDRs and BTS. During interrogation, Mangilal Chaudhary revealed that Butaram had died after being electrocuted by a live wire installed to protect the crop in the field. To destroy the evidence, he and his brother Tejaram dumped the body in the Telwara forest. Later, out of suspicion and fear of a narco-analysis test, Mangilal killed his brother Tejaram on January 26th by hitting him with an axe and pinning the blame on Butaram's family.
Police arrested the accused
Police have arrested the accused, Mangilal, son of Surataram Chaudhary (45), a resident of Ailana. It is noteworthy that the accused previously served a five-year sentence for the murder of his brother-in-law. Police are interrogating the accused and conducting further investigations into the case.
