News Topical, Digital Desk : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Jagdambika Pal took a swipe at the press conference of Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha. Speaking to ANI, he said that the way Rahul Gandhi tried to mislead the country reflects his style of politics.
Jagdambika Pal said, "When Rahul Gandhi called the press conference, he said he would detonate a hydrogen bomb today. The people of the country thought he would make some big revelation. But when the press conference took place, nothing of the sort happened. This shows that clouds that thunder do not rain."
What did BJP MP Jagdambika Pal say?
The BJP MP also questioned Rahul Gandhi's "love shop" politics. He said, "On one hand, Rahul Gandhi talks about opening a "love shop," and on the other, he threatens to launch a "hydrogen bomb."
He further said, "This shows a contradiction in his views and conduct. The politics of misleading the country will no longer work." Pal further said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is rapidly progressing on the path of development. In such a situation, the opposition leader should engage in constructive politics, not inflammatory rhetoric.
MP attacks Rahul Gandhi
He said that Rahul Gandhi repeatedly makes tall claims, but when the time comes, he fails to present concrete evidence or plans. The MP also said that the people of Uttar Pradesh and the country now clearly understand who merely makes statements and who actually delivers.
He said, 'BJP is doing politics of development, good governance and national interest, whereas Congress and its leaders give statements only for headlines.' After this statement of Jagdambika Pal, discussions have intensified in the political circles.
On Rahul Gandhi's statement in the press conference about 'hydrogen bomb', BJP is calling it a confusion in the strategy of Congress, whereas Congress is calling it a new way of attacking the government.
