BJP leader and his elder daughter-in-law Sita Soren have paid tribute to her late father-in-law Shibu Soren. She recalled that Baba was not only the head of our house but was the light and support of life. It seems as if an entire era has ended. Sita Soren had joined the BJP in 2024, adopting a rebellious attitude from JMM.
Sita Soren wrote in an emotional post on the social media platform X, "Tribute at the feet of Baba. Baba was not just the head of our house, he was the light of our life. Our own, our guide, and our biggest support. Today when he is not among us, it feels as if an entire era has ended. This house will not be the same without him. His laughter, his affection, even his scolding, everything is now left in memories."

3 days state mourning in Jharkhand
Let us tell you that former Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren was undergoing treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi for more than a month due to kidney related problems. He died on Monday (August 4) at the age of 81. His son and Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren informed about the death of his father and former CM.
The Jharkhand Assembly was adjourned indefinitely while the state government declared three days of state mourning following the death of the former chief minister.
