In the two-day Ran Samvad seminar held in the month of August at the Army War College in Mhow, Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal AP Singh and Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi had presented their views on theaterization and clarified that the views of both the forces are different regarding this plan.

He said that during Operation Sindoor, 72000 NCC (National Cadet Corps) warriors worked as volunteers for civil defence and were at the forefront in becoming the support system. Citing the example of Ukraine, he said that national security is not only the job of soldiers, but common citizens also have to shoulder responsibility in protecting the country.
Speaking at the Georgian centennial celebrations, the army chief said Ukraine had shown the world what happens when ordinary citizens take responsibility for the country's defence.
MSMEs and startups are undercapitalized

He said that the army mainly focuses on three things- research and development, training and modernisation. All the three sectors will benefit from the reduction in GST.
