According to initial information, this truck was coming from the airport towards Bada Ganpati. It dragged the scooter, due to which the truck caught fire.

This is how the accident happened
The accident occurred when a speeding truck lost control and hit several vehicles, including several e-rickshaws, on a busy route near a hospital. Eyewitnesses said the truck hit several people and vehicles indiscriminately.
A motorcycle got stuck under the truck and caught fire due to the friction, which spread rapidly and engulfed the truck as well. Police and fire brigade teams rushed to the spot to control the fire and carry out rescue operations.
The injured were rushed to Geetanjali Hospital, where local residents are also coming forward to help. Officials are investigating the cause of the accident and working to ascertain the exact number of casualties.
the driver was drunk
Police said the truck driver was heavily drunk at the time of the accident. He has been arrested and preliminary investigation has confirmed alcohol intoxication. Emergency teams, including SDRF and ambulances, rushed the injured to MYH and Choithram hospitals, where they are undergoing treatment.
The condition of one of the victims is said to be critical. Traffic has been stopped in the area and rescue operations are underway. Senior officials, including the Superintendent of Police and District Magistrate, are also inspecting the spot.
A major accident also happened in Ratlam
A major accident also occurred in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, where two people were killed and another injured when a truck collided with the railing of a bridge on an 8-lane highway. Police officials said the incident took place near Jaura town.
Industrial police station in-charge Vikram Singh Chauhan said that after hitting the railing, the cabin of the truck loaded with beetroot fell down the bridge and the rear part kept hanging. Two people named Aashiq and Irfan died on the spot.
One injured person has been referred to Ratlam Medical College. He said three people were trapped in the cabin and a crane was used to take them out. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
