The problems of Rashtriya Janata Dal President and former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family have increased in the money laundering case related to land for job. In fact, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has issued summons to Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and many other accused in this case. The court has asked them to appear on October 7.
Court's comment on Tej Pratap Yadav
Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has also said that Tej Pratap Yadav's involvement in the case cannot be denied. The court said that he was also the director of AK Infosys Limited. He has also been summoned. Tej Pratap Yadav has been directed to appear in court. Along with this, the court has also sent summons to Akhileshwar Singh as well as his wife Kiran Devi. Let us tell you that the Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED had filed a supplementary charge sheet against 11 accused on August 6. Four of them have died.
Summons to Tej Pratap Yadav for the first time
For the first time, summons have been sent to Tej Pratap Yadav in the land for job case. Rouse Avenue Court has summoned Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Tej Pratap Yadav, Akhileshwar Singh, Hazari Prasad Rai, Sanjay Rai, Dharmendra Singh, Kiran Devi on the next date of 7 October.
Lalu Prasad's close aide gets bail
Earlier on Tuesday, the Delhi High Court granted bail to Amit Katyal, a close aide of RJD chief Lalu Prasad, in a money laundering case related to the land for job scam in the Railways. The court also condemned the ED's selective action in the case. The lower court had rejected Katyal's bail plea on May 22, saying that there were no sufficient grounds to grant him relief.
