The latest case has come from Tyonthar tehsil area of Rewa district, where a person from Uttar Pradesh has created a sensation by sending a threatening speed post to the judge posted here.
The lunatic even wrote to the judge through a speed post that if he wanted to stay alive, he would have to pay 5 billion rupees. The case pertains to the Tyonthar court under Sohagi police station area of Rewa district. Recently, a speed post came in the name of the first civil judge posted in the court, Mohini Bhadoria. The threatening letter caused a sensation in the Tyonthar area and shook the entire Rewa district.
Threatening letter sent from Prayagraj, UP
The threatening letter came from Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh. It was told that the letter was sent in the name of Sandeep Singh, a resident of Lohgara under Bara police station, demanding a ransom of Rs 5 billion and threatening to kill if the money is not paid. Through the letter, the person described himself as a member of the gang of bandit leader Hanuman and demanded a ransom of Rs 5 billion and wrote that if you want to stay alive, you will have to pay the money.
A team was sent to UP
It was told that in the threatening letter sent to the judge, it was also written that the ransom amount of 5 billion rupees should be brought to the forest of Badgad in Uttar Pradesh on 1 September at 7:45 pm. After this incident, the police is also on alert and does not want to let any mistake happen in any way.
A police team has already been sent to Uttar Pradesh to trace the accused who sent the threatening letter to the judge. The police is now continuously searching for the person who sent the threatening letter. Why did the miscreant send the letter to the judge?
What does the police say?
Rewa's Superintendent of Police Vivek Singh said, a few days ago, a judge posted in Tyonthar court received a threatening letter in which a ransom of Rs 5 billion was demanded from him. There was also a threat of murder if he did not pay the ransom.
He further said that on receiving the information, the police immediately registered a case and started searching for the accused who sent the letter. The accused is a resident of Uttar Pradesh. He has been identified and will soon be in police custody.
