SIT has made a big disclosure in the rape case of an 8-year-old innocent girl. The rape of the innocent girl has not been confirmed in the SIT report. The youth accused of raping the girl had only slapped her once, angry with this, the family had filed a case against the youth under the rape and POCSO Act. The police had sent the accused Dhannu alias Siddharth Tiwari to jail. Now the investigator has removed the section of rape and POCSO. The court has granted him bail.
The lawyer of the accused youth claims that in the statement under section 164, the victim had accepted that she had made a false allegation on the behest of her mother. After this, the court had ordered the release of the accused on bail. The SP has suspended three people including the inspector of Saini Kotwali for negligence. While a case of inciting murder has been registered against three people including the village head who hatched the conspiracy. Two accused have been sent to jail. The SP has announced a reward of 25 thousand on the absconding village head.
Dhunnu alias Siddharth Tiwari was sent to jail in a rape case.
A complaint was made to the police about the rape of an 8-year-old innocent girl in Saini Kotwali area on 27th May. The police registered a case against Dhunnu alias Siddharth Tiwari on the charge of rape and sent him to jail. The father Rambabu Tiwari pleaded before the officers to prove his son's innocence, but was disappointed everywhere. On not getting a hearing, he committed suicide by consuming poison in front of Saini Kotwali on 4th June. Before his death, Rambabu had written on his body and accused Gram Pradhan Bhup Narayan Pal of implicating his son in election rivalry.
In this case, SP Rajesh Kumar suspended Pathrava outpost in-charge Alok Kumar and investigator Krishnaswaroop, while Saini police station in-charge Brijesh Karvariya was suspended. The investigation of the case was handed over to Kadadham police station in-charge Dhirendra Kumar.

SP Rajesh Kumar said that considering the seriousness of the matter, an SIT team was formed. According to the SIT report, the girl had gone to the accused's house to listen to Ramayana. On which the family members made up a false story of rape of the girl. On the mother's behest, the daughter accused accused Dhannu of rape.
They reviewed the 164 statement, in which the victim confessed to making the allegations under pressure from her mother. On this basis, sections 376 and POCSO were dropped. After this, the accused's lawyer Avinash Kumar Tripathi filed a bail plea in the ACJM court, which was accepted by the court and the young man was released. Now the question is that if the 164 statement had been reviewed earlier and the investigation had been done honestly, then a father's life could have been saved.
