The lawyer of the accused youth claims that in the statement under section 164, the victim had accepted that she had made a false allegation on the behest of her mother. After this, the court had ordered the release of the accused on bail. The SP has suspended three people including the inspector of Saini Kotwali for negligence. While a case of inciting murder has been registered against three people including the village head who hatched the conspiracy. Two accused have been sent to jail.
