News Topical, Digital Desk : Nida Khan, the HR manager at the IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik, Maharashtra, had fled after revelations of forced religious conversions and sexual harassment. Her location has now been revealed.

According to the family of "Dabangg Ma'am" Nida Khan, she is in Mumbai and pregnant. Currently absconding, Nida has filed for anticipatory bail in a local court in Nashik. She has cited her medical condition as a key factor in her application, which could be cited as a key factor. Now, a new dimension has been added to the case.

Seven people have been arrested

Officials will confirm these claims, while the Special Investigation Team (SIT) continues its efforts to take him into custody. Police are investigating nine complaints of sexual harassment and forced religious conversions at TCS's Nashik office. Seven employees have been arrested in the case, including six men and a female HR head.

Employees at the company claim they were subjected to mental and sexual harassment by their senior colleagues, and that their complaints were ignored by the HR department. These incidents occurred between February 2022 and March 2026.

Having physical relations by making false promises of marriage

Police said one of the accused repeatedly had physical relations with an employee under false promises of marriage. He also touched one of the employees inappropriately and made derogatory comments about her personal and marital life.

"When the complainant made repeated verbal complaints to the company's chief officer regarding these incidents, he took no cognizance of her complaints regarding harassment. Instead, he effectively encouraged their actions," the police said in a statement.

Forced to pray namaz

The accused also forced a male employee to pray and insulted his religion, police said. The arrested employees were identified as Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Sheikh, Asif Aftab Ansari, and HR head Ashwini Chainani.
