Mamata Banerjee has questioned the college management, asking how the student managed to get out at 12:30 in the night.

While talking to the media, CM Mamata Banerjee said, "The victim was studying in a private college. Who will be responsible for this incident? How did she go out at 12:30 in the night?"
Mamata Banerjee said-
Police have arrested three suspects. The search is on for the remaining suspects. No one will be spared.
According to Mamata Banerjee, the state government has a zero-tolerance policy for such incidents. Private colleges are also required to implement strict security measures around campuses.
Victim admitted to hospital
The incident occurred late Friday night when the victim was walking outside the campus with a friend. Three young men took her into the woods and gang-raped her. The girl has been hospitalized for treatment. Her father has filed a complaint at the police station.
