Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir has once again spewed venom on Saturday. Munir advocated the two-nation theory and said that Hindus and Muslims are two different nations.
On Saturday, Munir was addressing the passing out parade of cadets at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) in Kakul area of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province. Munir, notorious for his controversial statements, said his ancestors believed that Hindus and Muslims were different in every possible aspect of life.
Controversial statements have been given earlier also
Let us tell you that about a week ago, while speaking at a program, Munir had asked Pakistanis living abroad to tell the story of the country to their children. Munir said that Muslims are different from Hindus in all aspects of life - religion, customs, tradition, thinking and aspirations.
In fact, Munir keeps making such absurd statements at the behest of his masters to divert the voice of rebellion rising among the people of Pakistan against their own government. His statement is also being seen in this light amidst the tension with India after the Pahalgam attack.
Munir is repeating Jinnah's words
- The people of Pakistan are also scared of India's tough stand against Pakistan. To divert attention from this, Munir said that our ancestors sacrificed a lot for the creation of Pakistan. We know how to defend it.
- Referring to Jinnah's Two Nation Theory, Munir said that our religions are different, our customs are different, our traditions are different, our thoughts are different, our ambitions are different. This is where the foundation of the two-nation theory was laid. We are two nations, we are not one nation.
