Gorakhpur Khushboo murder case: Mother alleges in-laws murdered her for dowry:Mother Sheela Devi described her daughter's murder as a planned one.

News Topical, Digital Desk : The Khushboo murder case has taken a new turn. Mother Sheela Devi has leveled serious allegations against her in-laws, calling her daughter's death a premeditated murder. An attempt was made to divert the case by portraying the murder as a case of dowry harassment and a love affair. Sheela Devi filed an online complaint with the Senior Superintendent of Police and also held a press conference on Sunday.

Sheela Devi said that Khushboo had been constantly harassed for dowry since her marriage. Her in-laws demanded valuables and cash, and if she failed to comply, she was subjected to physical violence and mental harassment.

She said she had no prior knowledge of Khushboo's alleged affair. Such allegations are fabricated by her in-laws to divert the attention from the case. The mother also questioned the role of another young man.

She alleges that her in-laws conspired with the young man to commit this crime. Sheela Devi has demanded that the police conduct a fair and thorough investigation and take strict action against the culprits. Besides Sitaram, the other accused should be arrested and justice should be served.
