News Topical, Digital Desk : Major news has emerged regarding the Goa Club disaster. The accused in the Goa fire have managed to escape to Thailand. Goa police have now sought assistance from Interpol through the CBI. The accused boarded a flight from Mumbai to Phuket, Thailand, on the same day the incident occurred and fled India. According to Goa DGP Alok Kumar, this news has emerged.

What is the whole matter?

The Bureau of Immigration reported that the two owners had left for Phuket, Thailand, on flight 6E 1073 at 5:30 a.m. on December 7th, immediately after the fire. Goa police sent a team to the Delhi homes of restaurant and bar owners Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra, but they were not found.

Goa police have posted notices at their homes. On December 7th, at the request of the Goa police, a LOC was issued against both of them to prevent them from fleeing the country, but both have already absconded. This suggests that they do not want to participate in the investigation.

The Goa Police, with the help of the CBI, have begun efforts to trace their location through Interpol. Today, the Goa Police arrested one of their managers, Bharat Kohli, from Delhi. After conducting a postmortem, the body has been handed over to the family.

Bringing the accused back to India will be a big challenge

Overall, bringing the two accused back to India from abroad will no longer be easy. The legal process related to this case could be extremely lengthy. The brothers live in a building next to the Mukherjee Nagar police station. The team arrived here today to post a notice. Now, with the help of the CBI, their location will be traced through Interpol.

Both the brothers had taken the flight from Delhi airport.

According to sources, Saurabh and Gaurav, two brothers, had boarded a flight from Delhi airport. They were in Delhi at the time of the accident. As soon as the Goa club caught fire, the brothers planned to flee to Phuket. They arrived at Delhi airport and fled.
