Force Motors Q4 Results 2025: Indian automobile manufacturer Force Motors on Friday released its fourth quarter (Q4) results . In this, the company's net profit more than tripled to Rs 435 crore, from Rs 140 crore in the same period last year. The main reason for this jump has been the increasing sales of multi-seater vans and the one-time incentive amount received from the government.

The company said that during the quarter it received a one-time income of Rs 395 crore as government incentive. Even if we exclude this special income, the company's profit stood at Rs 273 crore, an increase of 27.5% year-on-year.

What does the company do? Force Motors, which also manufactures engines for companies like BMW and Mercedes in India. The company's fourth quarter total sales also registered a growth of 19.5%. The company's operational income grew 17.1% to Rs 2,356 crore, while total expenses rose 16% to Rs 2,106 crore. The company derives about 56% of its total turnover from the sale of commercial vehicles, including school buses, ambulances and other passenger carriers. The remaining income comes from engine manufacturing contracts. Force Motors shares fell 1.2% before the market closed, although the company's shares registered an overall gain of 38.9% during the March 2024 quarter. Increase in government spending and boom in demand for commercial vehicles have supported the company's sales, making this quarterly result positive for Force Motors.
