New Delhi: After the immense success of Gadar 2, his next film Lahore 1947 is in the works and updates are constantly coming in about it. Now according to the latest information, there is going to be a train sequence in the film which will blow the senses of the audience.
According to sources associated with the film, the shooting of Lahore 1947 will be completed with this train sequence. This scene will be shot on a train running between India and Pakistan.
Lahore 1947 is based on Asghar Wajahat's very popular play Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya, O Jamyai Nai. Rajkumar Santoshi is directing this film, while Preity Zinta is in the lead role along with Sunny Deol.
What is the story of Lahore 1947?
The story of the film is about a Muslim family that moves from Lucknow to Lahore during the Partition. There they are given a mansion to live in, which a Hindu family had abandoned and migrated. The story takes an important turn when the Muslim family finds out that an old Hindu woman still lives in this mansion.
According to reports, this character is being played by Shabana Azmi. Apart from Sunny Deol and Preity, Karan Deol, Ali Fazal and Abhimanyu Singh will be seen in important roles in the film. The film will be released on 26 January next year.
The train sequence of Gadar was spine-chilling
Interestingly, important train scenes have been shown in the films of the film's hero Sunny and producer Aamir. You may remember, Gadar, directed by Anil Sharma, also had a long train sequence, which was seen in the climax of the film.
