New Delhi: Adesh Srivastava, one of the best singers of Hindi cinema, died in 2015 after a long battle with cancer. He spread the magic of his voice in films like Agneepath, Veergati, Apne Dum Par, Baghban, Aankhen, Babul and Rajneeti.

Even today, his fans listen to the singer's songs with great interest. According to reports, when Aadesh Srivastava was fighting cancer, there were very few people who stood by him in that difficult time. A day before the singer's death, Bollywood's King Shah Rukh Khan also visited him in the hospital, which was recently revealed by the late singer's wife Vijayta Pandit.

She also told that Shah Rukh Khan had promised her husband that he would take care of their son. Vijayta expressed her grief and also requested Shah Rukh Khan.

Aadesh Srivastava's last conversation with Shah Rukh Khan

Adesh Srivastava's wife Vijayta, while talking about the situation of her family, said that if her husband was alive today, her son Avitesh would have achieved something. While talking to Lahare Retro, she also recalled the time when Adesh and Shah Rukh Khan met for the last time.

She said, "When Adesh was in the hospital, Shah Rukh Khan came to meet me. A day before his death, when he was not even able to speak, he held Shah Rukh Khan's hand and pointed towards my son. I thought he must have understood. Today, I am not able to contact Shah Rukh Khan. The number he gave to Avitesh is not working. I want to remind Shah Rukh Khan of that."

Adesh Shrivastava's wife furthered her statement and said,

In this conversation, Vijayta also said that Shah Rukh Khan's brothers Jatin and Lalit have played an important role in helping him reach the heights he is in today. They have written songs for his films and now it is time to return their favor.
