Which character was that?
Yes, in an interview given to a news portal recently, Aamir said, 'The story was very good and it had a very good character. I thought that when I tell Kiran that I want to do this character, she will be happy. When I told her about this, Kiran said, you are a big star, my film is small and you will disbalance it. Then I said okay but let me give a screen test. Let's see if this role will suit me or not? Then I gave a screen test for Missing Ladies.' Aamir wanted to play the character of Ravi Kishan.
Aamir Khan was ready to change his appearance
He further said, 'After giving the screen test, both Kiran and I liked it, but we both were afraid that if I came out as a star, people's expectations would increase. We felt that I should not be in the film under any circumstances. Aamir suggested that he would completely change his appearance like Robert Downey Jr. of Tropic Thunder. But the director refused him and said what is the use?
The film was shot in real locations of Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh. The makers also added real villagers and locations in the film as part of the film.
