New Delhi: Troubles of Haryanvi artist Sapna Choudhary have started increasing. Chief Judicial Magistrate of Tis Hazari Court, Rashmi Gupta has issued a non-bailable warrant in the high profile fraud case registered against Sapna. Many victims are involved in this case.

In fact, a joint complaint was filed against them in the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police, accusing them of fraud.

After investigating the matter, the EOW had filed an FIR against her. An FIR has already been filed against Sapna for fraud.

Sapna Choudhary had earlier appeared in court in a case

Famous dancer Sapna Choudhary appeared in the court in a case of cancelling a dance program and not refunding the ticket money. She also pleaded to cancel the arrest warrant issued against her. ACJM Shantanu Tyagi accepted the plea and ordered to submit a personal bond of 20 thousand rupees.

The court had issued an arrest warrant

The court had ordered to issue an arrest warrant against accused Sapna Chaudhary for being absent. On that day, there was a hearing on the issue of framing charges against Sapna and other accused in this case. But Sapna Chaudhary did not appear. An application for exemption from attendance was not given on her behalf, while an application for exemption from attendance was given on behalf of other accused. In this case, Sapna Chaudhary's regular bail application was accepted with conditions.

On May 1, 2019, a chargesheet was filed against Sapna Choudhary for breach of trust and cheating in this case. Whereas on January 20, 2019, a chargesheet was filed against the organizers of this program Junaid Ahmed, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey and Ratnakar Upadhyay under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

This is the whole matter

On October 13, 2018, Sapna and other artists had a program in Smriti Upvan from 3 pm to 10 pm. For which online and offline tickets were sold for three hundred rupees per person. Thousands of ticket holders were present to see this program. But when Sapna Chaudhary did not come till 10 pm, they created a ruckus. After this, the money of the ticket holders was also not returned. On October 14, 2018, SI Firoz Khan registered an FIR in this case in Ashiana police station.
