News Topical, Digital Desk : Muzaffarpur News: The case of rape of a young girl in Muzaffarpur and her subsequent death in Patna PMCH has gained momentum. The opposition is constantly criticizing the government. The Congress party has started a movement from the streets to the Governor. At the same time, Chirag Paswan, who is now part of the NDA, has also demanded the Nitish government to remind his father and put the doctors and staff of PMCH, including the rapist, in the category of crime. Along with this, Chirag Paswan has written a letter to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday (June 4).
Union Minister Chirag Paswan wrote in his letter, “The entire incident of gang rape and then attempted murder of a 9-year-old Dalit girl in Karni, Muzaffarpur on May 26 has been presented to the judge. This incident not only highlights the murder of an innocent but also the law and order, social consciousness and public health system of our state.”
He further wrote, "The father struggled for life for 6 days but he died on 1 June in Patna's PMCH and unfortunately the girl was made to wait in pain in the ambulance for 6 hours continuously to get her admitted in the hospital."
'This is a crime against humanity'
He further wrote, "The brutes who gang-raped the innocent girl are as guilty as the doctors and administrative staff of the hospital who, instead of providing the necessary treatment to save the girl, left her in the ambulance. Wasting precious time in her treatment is not just negligence but a crime against humanity."
'This will not be tolerated'
Chirag Paswan also wrote in the end, "Our party representatives have met the victim's family and have assured them of justice, but till strict and transparent action is not taken against every culprit involved in this incident at both the government and administration levels, justice is incomplete and this will not be tolerated."
