Union Minister Chirag Paswan accused the opposition of setting a wrong narrative in the Lok Sabha elections 2024. He said that the opposition had used all its might to defeat the NDA candidates by hook or by crook. This also had an impact in Uttar Pradesh. Chirag, the head of Lok Janshakti Party Ram Vilas (LJP-R), said that during the elections, the opposition parties spread false rumours sometimes about the Constitution, sometimes about democracy and sometimes about reservation.

LJP Ram Vilas organised a felicitation ceremony for its five newly elected MPs at Sri Krishna Memorial Hall in Patna on Saturday. Addressing the gathering, party president Chirag Paswan said that opposition parties used every means to win the Lok Sabha elections. It is not that no one listened to them, there are many places where their words had an impact. This is the reason why NDA could not perform as expected in a state like UP.

Chirag Paswan further said that the country has achieved tremendous success under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar has achieved tremendous success under the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He also congratulated Modi and Nitish for this. Chirag made it clear that all the constituent parties of the NDA will fight the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections together. He also claimed a big victory for the NDA in the upcoming Bihar elections.

Let us tell you that in the Lok Sabha elections 2024, NDA won 30 out of 40 seats in Bihar. Among these, LJP Ram Vilas contested on 5 seats under NDA and won all. Chirag Paswan himself was elected MP from Hajipur. Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Chirag for his excellent performance and he also got a place in the Union Cabinet.
