News Topical, Digital Desk : An Argha shaped Shivlinga was found while digging the ground in Dhapri village under Ali Nagar police station in Chandauli district of eastern Uttar Pradesh on Saturday night. As soon as the Shivling was found, the news reached all the people and people left their houses and reached the place where the Shivling was found. Soon all the elders and youngsters of the village reached there and started chanting slogans.

SDM, CO along with the force of Alinagar police station reached the village and after convincing the people, got the Shivling placed in a temple in the village at night. On Sunday morning, SDM, CO reached the village and started measuring the land where the Shivling was found. To maintain peace in the village, from Sunday morning itself people started coming to the temple to offer prayers and also sing bhajans.

Muslim youth donated land for the temple
. Once again an example of Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb has been seen in the village. A person from the Muslim community who is a resident of this village. Saklain, who has been living in Dhapri for many generations, says that we have donated one biswa of land for the construction of the temple. 

He further said that we have given the land to maintain communal harmony and peace in the village, the land is being measured right now, once everything is clear, we are ready for whatever the district administration says. 

The top officials are present in the village amidst heavy force.
Today, Additional SP, SDM, CO are camping in Dhapri village with heavy force. A team of Bharatiya Janata Party is also talking to the officials in the same village.

Ganga Jamuni Tehzeeb was seen in Dhapri village and peace and order prevailed in the village. All Hindus and Muslims were seen present at the place where the place has been selected for the construction of Shivling temple. Women were engaged in Bhajan Kirtan and in between slogans of Shankar Bhagwan Ki Jai were also raised.
