News Topical, Digital Desk : Rajgarh Road Accident : Two people were killed and five others were seriously injured in a road accident in Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh. A police officer gave this information on Sunday.

He said that the incident took place late Saturday night when a car went out of control and hit a divider on an overbridge near Dehri Jod in Pachor, around 45km from the district headquarters.

The driver had fallen asleep 

Pachor police station chief Shakuntala Bamaniya said that the car had just reached the Dehri Jod Overbridge when the driver dozed off and the car rammed into the divider.

He said that Mukesh Barela (28) and Devendra Barela (40) died on the spot while five others were seriously injured. He said that all the injured were given first aid at Pachor Hospital and then they were referred to Rajgarh District Hospital.

Bamaniya said that all the people in the car were residents of Maida and Mana villages of Bamor in Guna district and were returning from Pansemal in Barwani after attending a family function. He said that after post-mortem, the bodies have been handed over to the family members and Pachor police have registered a case and started investigating the accident.
