Canadian PM gives Trump credit for Indo-Pak ceasefire, why did he also justify US's false claims?

News Topical, Digital Desk : Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney has begun flattering US President Donald Trump. The Canadian PM is now even justifying Trump's false claims. On Tuesday, Mark Carney praised the US President, calling him a man who loves change.

PM Mark Carney praised US President Donald Trump and said that he (Trump) has played an important role in establishing peace between countries like India and Pakistan.

Mark Carney praised Trump highly.

During bilateral talks at the White House, Mark Carney said, "You (Trump) are a president who embraces change." The Canadian Prime Minister claimed that the transformation of the US economy, increased defense spending by NATO allies, and peace efforts from India and Pakistan to Azerbaijan and Armenia are all thanks to the president's efforts.

It's worth noting that the Canadian PM's comments come just months after the president threatened to impose additional tariffs on Canada and annex Canada into the United States. It's worth noting that Mark Carney assumed office as Canada's PM in March, and this is his second visit to the US. It's believed that Canada wants to appease Trump by praising him. 

India rejected Trump's claim

The US President may be claiming to have brokered a ceasefire between India and Pakistan. However, India has rejected Trump's claim. India has categorically rejected any third party role in halting military action with Pakistan.

It should be noted that following the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor. During this operation, nine terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and PoK were targeted. More than 100 terrorists were killed in this operation by the Indian Army.
