News Topical, Digital Desk : In Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, a four-year-old girl was raped and thrown from a rooftop, resulting in her death. The incident has sparked outrage throughout the area. Police have arrested two of the accused, who lived in the neighborhood, following a shootout. Both were shot in the leg.
This incident occurred in the Sikandrabad police station area of Bulandshahr. It is being reported that the girl had gone to the roof of a house where two neighboring youths, Raju and Viru, were present. Afterward, the sound of the girl falling from the roof was heard. When the family members arrived, they found the girl with severe wounds and deep bruises on her body.
After raping the girl, she was thrown from the roof.
Upon receiving information about the incident, local police arrived at the scene and the girl was immediately taken to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead. The family members told police during interrogation that both Raju and Veeru were seen on the rooftop at the time of the incident. Based on the family's complaint, the police have registered a case against both accused and arrested them.
SSP Bulandshahr, Dinesh Kumar Singh, said that the Sikandrabad police station received a report of a girl falling from a roof. She was seriously injured and was brought to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead. The family suspects Raju and Viru, two neighbors who work as laborers for a company.
Police arrested two accused
The accused, Raju, is from Balrampur, while Viru is from Lakhimpur Kheri. Both work as laborers. The SSP stated that these two men may have raped the girl. Based on the family's complaint, a case was registered and a search was launched for the accused, who were subsequently arrested in an encounter.
Both accused were shot in the legs during the police encounter. They have been admitted for treatment. The post-mortem report confirmed the rape of the child. The police are preparing for further investigation.
