Patna City. Patna News:  Armed criminals shot dead milk booth operator and 50-year-old BJP leader Ajay Shah near Bajrangpuri in Alamganj police station area on Tuesday night. Police is saying that the reason for the murder is land dispute. ASP Sharath AS and police station in-charge Rajiv Kumar reached the spot and are investigating.

Let us tell you that Ajay Shah's relatives live in the same shop-cum-house in Bajrang Puri. According to the information received from the scene of the incident, Ajay Shah was sitting at the milk booth at around 10 pm on Tuesday night. Two youths arrived at the booth-cum-house. According to the relatives, both the youths entered the booth and started firing. The operator fell down as soon as he was shot.

The doctor declared him dead in the hospital

On hearing the gunshot, the family members inside the house came out and took Ajay, soaked in blood, to a private hospital. Seeing his critical condition, the doctor sent him to NMCH. The doctors declared him dead at Nalanda Medical College Hospital. Alamganj police station is investigating after reaching the spot.

Ajay Shah was preparing to close the milk booth

Wife Shobha Devi told the police that her husband was preparing to close the milk booth. Suddenly two miscreants arrived and shot and killed her husband. After committing the murder, the criminals easily fled on foot. ASP Sharath RS said that prima facie the case appears to be a land dispute. Investigation is going on. Soon the criminals will be caught.
