Patna. Bihar Weather News: There  is a possibility of drizzle at some places with the movement of clouds in the capital and surrounding areas. Yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain with thunder and lightning in 11 districts of the state, namely Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, East and West Champaran, Gopalganj, Nawada, Banka, Jamui, Kishanganj and Purnia.

 There is no possibility of any significant change in temperature during the next 5 days. During the last 24 hours, rainfall was recorded at different places in the southern and northern parts.

Highest rainfall was recorded in Aurangabad

Aurangabad (Kutumba) recorded the highest rainfall of 126.6 mm. On Thursday, except Patna, Aurangabad, Gaya, Buxar, Bhojpur, Chhapra, Sasaram, Arwal and Madhubani, the maximum temperature of the remaining districts increased.

Patna's maximum temperature was 33.8 degrees Celsius while Pupri (Sitamarhi) recorded the highest maximum temperature of 37.2 degrees Celsius. On Thursday, the weather remained normal in Patna and nearby areas with cloudy skies and light drizzle in the evening. Due to this, people got relief from the humid heat.

58.2 mm rain was recorded in Sultanganj of Bhagalpur, 32.6 mm in Tarapur of Munger, 28.2 mm in Ramnagar of West Champaran, 16.6 mm in Aurangabad, 15.0 mm in Adhwara of Bhabua, 12.8 mm in Bariarpur of Munger, 7.8 mm in Indrapuri of Rohtas, 7.2 mm in Mohania, 6.4 mm in Garhi of Bhojpur, 6.4 mm in Rampur of Bhabua, 4.6 mm in Dumariya of Gaya, 4.2 mm in Bhabua and 3.4 mm in Sangrampur of Munger.
