This decision by Governor CV Anand has been widely discussed. He recently visited the Bangladesh border near West Bengal. Afterward, he was seen traveling by train like a regular citizen. At the request of a teacher he met on the train, Dr. CV Anand Bose met with candidates at a school. Following this, he has now approved the renaming of his residence
