News Topical, Digital Desk : The location of Abhay Pratap Singh and his brother Shivam, who were carrying a reward of 50,000 rupees and were involved in the conspiracy to murder two officers at Hindustan Petroleum's CB plant on March 12, was found to be near Agra. However, it was later discovered that they were not in Agra but in their village.
