News Topical, Digital Desk : Samajwadi Party national president and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has launched a scathing attack on the central and Uttar Pradesh governments over construction and development projects. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav alleged that many government schemes and construction projects under the BJP government are marred by allegations of lack of quality and corruption.

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav posted on Twitter, writing, "Airports have vanished! In reality, any project or construction under BJP rule is merely a means of extracting money from the government treasury, thus masking corruption. That's why water tanks built by the BJP are collapsing or leaking. Roofs from temples to Parliament are leaking. Roads are in a bad state, and expressways built by the BJP are setting records for cost overruns and commissions. Railway station walls are collapsing, airport sheds are collapsing, or there are reports of their closure.

Akhilesh Yadav said that the BJP and its contractors' secret slogan is, "Money distributed, budget cleaned." The BJP's so-called double-engine government should change its propaganda and write, "The pace of destruction is unparalleled, the corruption of the double engine."

Earlier, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, speaking to the media, targeted CM Yogi without naming him. He said that he calls others "unruly mafia," but had he not withdrawn his cases after 2017, no one as unruly as him would have become Chief Minister. Furthermore, Akhilesh Yadav said that Gorakhpur is not where the "dirty business" is going on.
