Shark Tank India has aired three seasons, all of which were hits. The third season of Shark Tank India, which aired in 2024, was watched by an estimated 12.5 million Indians. It was one of the most sought-after seasons and received widespread love even on OTT platforms.
After the success of Shark Tank India, several startup reality shows emerged. Sometimes Akshay Kumar took the helm, and sometimes Suniel Shetty judged, explaining the math behind investing.

This startup reality show premiered in 2025, with Akshay Kumar , Karan Johar, and Manish Malhotra as judges. It was a fashion-focused startup reality show, featuring fashion entrepreneurs competing for ₹40 crore in funding. It aired on the OTT platform Jio Hotstar.

This reality show featured individuals running real startup businesses pitching their products to judges. The show had an investment pool of ₹100 crore. The show was judged by Sunil Shetty , Dr. A. Velumani, and Nitish Mittersen. It aired on MX Player.
Startup Singham
Startup reality shows are not just in Hindi, but also in the South. Startup Singham, a show that provides entrepreneurs with funding based on their pitches, was judged by CK Kumaravel and aired on Star Vijay.
Nenu Super Woman
The 2023 reality show Nenu Superwoman was based on the theme of Shark Tank India and gained immense popularity. The show was judged by Rohit Chennamaneni, Sridhar Gandhi, and Renuka Bodla. It is available on Aha OTT.
It's worth noting that the fifth season of Shark Tank India is currently underway. The first season aired in 2021. All five seasons feature entrepreneurs from the business field. The fifth season is hosted by Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Varun Alag, Kanika Tekriwal, and Hardik Kothiya.
