This is how 'Do Deewane Seher Mein' fared at the box office in front of O'Romeo, Taapsee Pannu's 'Assi' did wonders.

O Romeo is already ruling the box office and whether the arrival of two new films has had any impact on Shahid Kapoor's film or not has been revealed by the recent box office reports.

New films fail to surpass O Romeo

Vishal Bhardwaj's romantic thriller O Romeo was released in theatres on February 13, 2026. The film has been ruling the box office since its release and has earned crores till now.

Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu's courtroom drama Assi and Mrunal Thakur-Siddhant Chaturvedi's romantic drama Do Deewane Sehgal released in theatres on February 20. Both films stood as rock solid against O Romeo.

O Romeo conquers the box office

O Romeo wasn't significantly affected by the releases of Assi and Do Deewane Seher Mein. On its second Friday, the film grossed ₹2.15 crore. According to SacNilk, O Romeo's domestic box office collection on its second Saturday was ₹3.35 crore net.

Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu's "Assi" may not have surpassed "O Romeo," but it still managed to earn in the single digits. While the film's collection on Friday was ₹1 crore, it saw a ₹6 million increase on Saturday. The film earned ₹1.60 crore on its second day, bringing its two-day collection to ₹2.60 lakh.

Do Deewane Sehar Mein box office collection

Speaking of Ravi Udyawar's "Do Deewane Seher Mein," directed and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film's earnings also increased on its second day. The film, starring Mrunal Thakur and Siddhant Chaturvedi, earned ₹1.25 crore on its first day, while its second day saw a collection of ₹1.6 crore. The film's total collection so far has reached ₹2.85 crore net .
