Pratapgarh News: UP STF has arrested Ainul Hasan alias Ainul Abdin, a criminal with a reward of Rs 50,000 on his head from Pratapgarh. This arrest was made on Friday from Payagipur intersection of Sultanpur district. Cases have been registered against the accused under several serious sections and he was absconding for a long time.

Actually, the STF team had received information that Ainul Hasan was planning to commit a crime at Payagipur crossing in Sultanpur. After this, the police team led by STF sub-inspector Atul Chaturvedi reached the spot and caught him. The name of the arrested accused is Ainul Hasan alias Ainul Abdin, who is a resident of Hansi village of Mandhata police station area of ​​Pratapgarh.

Ainul Hasan was a wanted criminal
According to the STF, Ainul Hasan was wanted under case number 43/2025 registered at Raniganj police station. In this case, he has serious charges against him under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 351(3), 109, 110 BNS. In this case, the police had announced a reward of Rs 50,000 for his arrest. He had gone to his maternal uncle's house in Kalipur Mainha, Raniganj police station in February. There, several people were injured due to firing in a dispute. Ainul was absconding since this incident.

Police said that Ainul Hasan has a long criminal history. Many cases have been registered against him earlier as well. For example, case number 341/2021 registered in Mandhata police station, which has serious sections like 386, 323, 342, 504, 506. Apart from this, his name is also included in case number 167/2023 registered in 2023 and case number 81/2024 and 69/2024 registered in Delhupur police station in 2024. He was already wanted in these cases as well.

Action started against the arrested accused
According to police officials, the local police has started further action against the arrested accused Ainul Hasan. He has been booked in the case registered at Raniganj police station.
