The actor revealed in an Instagram post that his uncle Clifford Kunder has lost his son Clive Kunder in this plane crash. The actor also informed that his brother was the co-pilot of this plane. Like others, he also died in the accident.

Regarding the Ahmedabad incident, the actor wrote in an Instagram note, 'My condolences to the families of all those who lost their lives in the tragic plane crash in Ahmedabad today. I am extremely saddened to know about this. When I came to know that my uncle also lost his son in this plane crash, my sorrow increased even more. Unfortunately, he was the first officer to fly in this plane.'
