Police Commissioner Deepak Kumar made this statement while administering the oath of duty, discipline, sovereignty, and integrity to 577 new constables after the passing-out parade at the Police Line Parade Ground on Sunday. The Police Commissionerate has received 1,774 new constables.
They were deployed to police stations on Sunday itself. This will increase the efficiency of the police stations. The City Zone received the most new constables, 925. The Western Zone received 509, and the Eastern Zone received 340.
The relatives of the constables were also present during the passing out parade; the eyes of many parents filled with tears of joy after seeing the uniform on the bodies of their sons.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Director General of Police Rajiv Krishna welcomed the new constables via video conferencing at their initiation ceremony, urging them to work with discipline and a spirit of service. The entire parade was divided into 12 platoons.
One recruit constable from each platoon was appointed platoon commander. Based on the overall parade performance, the three best parade commanders were awarded certificates.
In which Parade Commander Recruit Constable Nikhil Dhama got first place, Parade Commander Recruit Constable Gaurav Poonia got second place and Parade Commander Recruit Constable Kumar got third place.
During the passing out parade, Additional Police Commissioner Ram Badan, DCP Syed Ali Abbas, Sonam Kumar, Abhishek Agarwal, Atul Sharma, Aditya, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Poonam Sirohi, Himanshu Gaurav, ACP Dr. Sukanya Sharma, Imran Ahmed and other officers were present.
Training started from 21 July 2025
The training of 577 recruits was started at the Recruits Training Centre (RTC) in the Commissionerate from 21 July 2025. The training was divided into two parts – indoor and outdoor.
The eight subjects included in the indoor were Computer Science and Cyber Crime, Forensic Science, Forensic Medicine,
First Aid, Police Science etc.
Whereas outdoor included ten subjects including physical efficiency, crowd control, anti-terrorism and robbery trainer and one minute drill, traffic control, special search operation.
Recruit constables securing highest marks in training
Harsh Sharma Principal and Interview Marks (96 marks out of 100), Highest marks in Indoor subject Vikas Chaudhary (728 marks out of 800), Highest marks in Outdoor subject Sachin Kumar Sharma (546.95 marks out of 600) and Highest marks in Indoor and Outdoor subjects Sumit Kumar (1314.4 marks out of 1500)
New constables have also been deployed from these districts.
228 women constables from 34th PAC Battalion Etah, 227 from 38th PAC Battalion Etah, 155 from Kasganj, 91 from 45th PAC Battalion Etah, 61 from PTS Moradabad, 53 from Mainpuri, 20 from Hathras and 360 women constables from PTC Moradabad have been deployed in Police Commissionerate Agra.
