According to reports, this incident occurred in Rampur village, within the Nagla Singhi police station area. It was reported that Govind, a resident of Rampur, attacked his wife Seema with a sharp weapon in her stomach during a fight. The injured wife, Seema, died on the spot. Police stated that Seema had been married to Govind six years ago and they had three children.

According to Additional Superintendent of Police, City, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Govinda, a resident of Rampur village in the Nagla Singhi police station area, had an argument with his wife, Seema. Govind attacked her in the stomach with a sharp weapon. The woman died on the spot.
Police sent the body for post-mortem
According to Additional Superintendent of Police, City, Ravi Shankar Prasad, the incident was reported by local residents to Dial 112. Police arrived at the scene immediately after receiving information. They took the body into custody, completed a Panchnama, and sent it for post-mortem examination. Further investigation is underway.
Police engaged in search of absconding accused
He said that Seema's maternal family is from Pamari village, located in the Pachokhra police station area of the district. Seema's father has filed a complaint with the police against his murderous son-in-law, Govinda. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case. The police claim that the absconding accused, Govinda, will soon be arrested and put behind bars.
