News Topical, Digital Desk : City residents plagued by traffic jams are about to receive significant relief. The district's largest flyover will be built in the city at a cost of 1.18 billion rupees. This approximately two-kilometer-long flyover will begin near Nagla Bari intersection and descend through Jatavpuri and Naini Glass intersections.
This will alleviate the daily traffic jams at these intersections. This need has been felt for a long time. The city MLA has been advocating for it. His efforts have been successful.
It will cross Nagla Bari intersection, Jatavpuri and Naini Glass intersection, and will provide relief from traffic jams.
The National Highway runs through the city, with densely populated areas on both sides. Currently, a flyover has been constructed from the SP City office to near the Tata Wale Baba Temple. Construction is underway on a flyover from in front of CL Jain Degree College to the SP City office. Once completed, the traffic jams at Suhag Nagar and Subhash Tiraha will be resolved.
The two-lane flyover will be approximately two kilometres long and Rs 41.50 crore has been released.
The Nagla Bari and Jatavpuri intersections, beyond the Tat Wale Baba Temple, experience traffic jams from morning until late at night. Several accidents have occurred. Despite the presence of a signal system to regulate traffic, traffic police are still on duty here.
