The northerly wind can extend the fog to eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

Condition of cyclonic storm formation in Bay of Bengal

However, in the meantime there is a possibility of a cyclonic storm forming in the Bay of Bengal in the south. If it becomes strong then due to its effect clouds will start coming to Central India by 23 November.

At present, the wind speed in Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha is very slow. In such a situation, the temperature is not falling. However, after November 22, the effect of low pressure in the Bay of Bengal can be seen up to Bihar and Jharkhand. Many areas may be cloudy.

Strong winds in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh too

There was a strong wind flow over North India including Delhi on Wednesday. Due to this, the temperature has dropped. Strong wind was also seen in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. But the wind speed is still slow in Uttar Pradesh. Due to this, there is fog. In the rest of the areas, the weather is clear and the sun is bright and the temperature continues to fall at night.
