During this time, a queue of devotees was seen from the temple to the main road. It is estimated that about six lakh people will visit the temple throughout the day. Actually, on Wednesday, a woman's bier got stuck in the crowd of devotees visiting Banke Bihari temple in Mathura-Vrindavan. A huge crowd of devotees had gathered in Vrindavan on New Year's Day today. During this, a woman's bier had to face a huge crowd while being taken to Mokshadham. The woman's bier got stuck in the crowd near Dauji temple.
Now the video of this incident is going viral on social media. In the video, it can be seen that devotees are passing by to have darshan in the temple. Devotees are seen all over the road. On one side of this road, some people are seen carrying a bier. Due to the large number of devotees, the people carrying the bier are moving forward very slowly.
Long queues had to be made for entry
It is worth noting that due to the new year, a huge crowd of devotees has gathered at Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Dwarkadhish temple in Mathura since Sunday for darshan. Due to the crowd, devotees had to make long queues to enter the temple. At Janmabhoomi, devotees had to stand in queues for hours to deposit their belongings and to enter inside.
The devotees did not face any problem at the birthplace, but there was pressure of crowd at the Dwarkadhish temple. However, during this time, full preparations were made by the police and administration in view of the New Year. Police was deployed here at every nook and corner. It is estimated that about six lakh devotees will visit the temple on the New Year.
